Ta Arabic
Learn Arabic by reading, a word at a time.
Paste any Arabic text and read it. Tap a word you do not know and it is explained where you are reading it, out of a dictionary inside the app. Ask for a word-by-word translation, add the tashkeel automatically, and the words you keep tapping become a review deck on their own.

Overkey
Modifier keys, without replacing your keyboard.
Ctrl, Alt, Esc, Tab and the arrow keys in a bar that appears above whatever keyboard you have open, in any app. Tap Ctrl and a grid over the keyboard gives you Ctrl+C. No root needed.

how they are built
Three habits
- Offline first. A dictionary, a database and a scheduler all fit on a phone. Anything that has to leave it is asked for once and then cached, and it is always something you asked for. Overkey never leaves the phone at all.
- Your data stays yours. What you read and what you save live in a database on the device and are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
- Few dependencies. Less to break, less to update, and a smaller download.
